This role is designed for a clinician with strong independent judgment and a steady practice style. For the right fit, it may evolve into a senior or leadership position (consultation, clinical mentorship, and helping shape team systems).

We are building a stable, high-integrity clinical environment that prioritizes clear roles, thoughtful systems, and sustainable clinician workload. This position can be a strong fit for a psychiatrist who values collaboration with therapists and structured consultation.
