Senior Psychotherapist
We're looking for an experienced psychotherapist with strong independent judgment and a steady practice style. For the right fit, this role may evolve into a senior or leadership position — including consultation, clinical mentorship, and helping shape team systems.
- Weekly group consultation and structured supervision
- Built-in vacation coverage
- A clinically serious environment emphasizing role clarity and long-term stability
- Access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant digital scribe (used with patient consent)
- Seasoned clinicians with experience across developmental stages
- Therapists comfortable working autonomously within a stable group practice
