Yes. Our team includes psychiatrists and therapists who work across age groups. We'll match you with the provider who's the right fit.
We are out-of-network for all insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. We provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Operating outside of insurance allows us to see fewer patients and spend more time with each one.
Yes. We offer telehealth for patients throughout Illinois.
The first visit is a consultation — a chance to understand what's brought you in and determine whether we're the right fit. For children and adolescents, the consultation typically takes place over two visits, with time spent separately with parents and with the child. We'll always be direct about whether we're the best place for you or your family.
Yes. Our psychiatrists provide evaluations and follow-ups when medication is part of the treatment plan. We explain what to expect, address concerns directly, and treat medication as a choice rather than a conclusion.
Yes. Some patients come to us for therapy, others for medication management, and many for both. When a patient is receiving both, providers coordinate directly.
You can leave a voicemail or send a secure message through the patient portal. We respond during regular business hours.
For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent clinical matters, call our office at 847-892-7300 and follow the prompts to reach your provider or their covering clinician.
Information is only shared with your written consent or as required by law. Within the practice, providers may consult with one another when it supports your care.
Yes. With your permission, we'll connect with your outside therapist, primary care physician, or other specialists.
Yes. You can opt in to email or text reminders.
Coverage is built into how the practice works. When your provider is away, another clinician is available for urgent matters.
