    We offer time-limited second-opinion psychiatric consultations for individuals, families, and clinicians seeking clarity in complex or stalled situations.

    These consultations are designed for cases where:

    • treatment has become confusing or fragmented

    • multiple diagnoses or medications are involved

    • progress has plateaued despite ongoing care

    • a clear, independent perspective is needed

    This service is not ongoing treatment and does not replace care with your current clinician. It is a focused evaluation intended to help you understand what is happening and what questions matter most going forward.

    What a Second-Opinion Consultation Includes:

    Comprehensive Record Review

    • Prior evaluations, treatment history, and relevant records reviewed in advance

    Extended Consultation Session (90–120 minutes)

    • A careful psychiatric assessment focused on formulation, not quick fixes

    Written Clinical Synthesis

    • A summary of diagnostic considerations, areas of concern, and treatment options to discuss with your care team

    Important Notes:

    • This service does not include ongoing medication management or psychotherapy

    • Prescribing is not provided

    • Emergency or crisis services are not offered through this consultation
