Billing & Payment Policies

We are a private pay practice, which allows us to provide the highest quality, personalized care. Payment is due at the time of service. After your appointment, we provide a Superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for any available out-of-network reimbursement.

Good-Faith Cost Estimates

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the expected costs of services.

• Cost estimates are available upon request.
• A Good Faith Estimate will also be provided as part of the intake process for all new patients.
• This estimate does not include potential insurance reimbursement, which varies by plan.
