Billing & Payment
We are a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. After each appointment, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good-Faith Cost Estimates
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of services.
- Estimates are available upon request.
- A Good Faith Estimate will be provided as part of the intake process for all new patients.
- This estimate does not include potential insurance reimbursement, which varies by plan.
